Because so many thoughts, fleeted out feet first, taking over hours, clamouring over yet more barriers. Idiosyncracies met horror, met hurt, met anxiety.. And now I feel, still breathe, all whilst I suffocate in this sea. trained, trapped and tricked into their histories - this is the life I perceive.

#NaBloPoMo #26: The Journey to University of York
So apparently journeying to York, (beautiful "city" two towns over), even for the purposes of self-improvement and intellectual betterment is really impressive! Especially to one of the key respondents who luckily journeyed back to Bradford with me on the train! Amazing day, totally helpful to my thesis topic. Hope supervisor Dr. Sayyid will be okay [...]
#NaBloPoMo #25: My impatience caught up to it’s conscience, again.
For now here's some poetry what I wrote on 23/11/15 when I should have been asleep, in wee hours of morning, as I lay visiting an old site of comparison and worth, put on a pedestal to keep allowing myself to hurt; Instant electric attraction we had, From the moment that our eyes clapped, Minds met, [...]
#NaBloPoMo #24:
So feel like I'm falling behind a little. Plans not working out. Cold not helping. Wonder if I'm cut out for this climate and locality, or even I'm even staying true to myself. It was lovely to chat to lots of diverse people yesterday, but especially old friends who as Tom Stock's poetry says "Came [...]
NaBloPoMo #23: First Supervisory Meeting – Thesis Time
Instead of thinking about the research questions you construct and want to answer, think about the problem you want to solve. So working back in retail has been a very rewarding and interesting experience. Being on the frontline of the new launch of the first ever Westfield development outside of London, in my very own hometown Bradford, West Yorkshire.. has been a once-in-a-lifetime experience amazing! Reflecting on best practice and application of skills within a busy [...]
#NaBloPoMo #21 – Un-productivity online and real-life distractions
The past two days have seen me increase my visibility on alternative social media outlets, mostly those that allow me to scan through on my phone. Apps like Twitter, Facebook, Insta, Whatsapp and actually POF. Yes I am finally out there a little. Part of the drive to find the whole new me. Even though I am [...]
#NaBloPoMo #18: An awakening of sorts
Sometimes I regret this youth's rude awakening. I am lost to an unknown world, banished to roam it alone, unknowable cannot relate this viewpoint I have, straddling converging, conflicting thoughts and hopes, constantly muted by each and every world, all corners that conflate only in the instances to tell me I am wrong, perverse, without [...]
#NaBloPoMo #17.5: Architectural Perspective, Artistic Mark-making (The Beginning)
#1: I created a red (#ff0000) outline of the building and blocked out the sky and ground details with a pale yellow (#ffffbe) Anyone that knows me and my creative eye, or has found or followed my works online, would know that I have an eye for architecture, perspective and capturing strong atmospheric compositions. They [...]
